Base Preparation
Preparing a proper base is as important for a retaining wall as it is for a brick paver patio. Our installers prepare a firm base that is approx. 6" deep and 24" across, providing a wide, stable path for the block or stone to sit on, wide enough to distribute the load of the wall evenly into the subgrade below.
