Adding
masonry to the services we offer wasn't really a giant leap; with the
hardscapes we're known for, the engineering of structures is second nature
for us. In fact, the dry-laid retaining walls and pavers we install usually require a more exacting installation than our masonry
work. The "mud" (also known as mortar) tends to make
masonry work more forgiving.
To offer
this service, we brought a veteran mason on staff two years ago, both to
handle the work and to instruct the rest of our employees on proper
technique. Whether it's outdoor cultured stone (above, right),
or indoors (below, left), natural stone, face brick, cut stone or
pavers, we have the knowledge, tools and skill to bring your ideas to
fruition.
What's
most enjoyable about adding this to our list of services is the design possibilities
it opens up. Project elements that just weren't possible with
gravity walls and dry laid pavers are now possible with mortar binding the
joints.
Please look
through our small but growing portfolio of masonry work. It doesn't
matter if the project is for the inside or outside of your home, we can
add the beauty of masonry to your residence.
